Jeff Gibson

Owner/President

The story of Fox is really Jeff Gibson’s story. Jeff graduated high school in 1996 and upon graduation worked for his father's construction company (Enviro Safe Air) for one year before deciding to join the Navy. Jeff enlisted into the Navy for four years where Jeff earned the title of Aviation Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class and rank of E-5.  During his time in the Navy, Jeff earned such honors as Designation as an Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist, Receiving the Navy Achievement Medal in January of 2000 and being Awarded the Good Conduct Medal in March of 2000. Upon Jeff’s honorable discharge from the Navy, Jeff pursued a short career in electrical assembly for about two years before he was laid off and he went back to work for his father, Malcolm Gibson, at his other young growing company, ESA South, Inc. While working for his father from 2003 to 2018, Jeff rose up the ranks of the construction industry from laborer to foreman, to supervisor and eventually Senior Project Manager.  Jeff not only led and expanded the Asbestos/Demolition division at this former company, but he also managed dozens of Federal and State General Construction projects during that time as well.  Towards the end of his career at his former employer, Jeff was awarded the position of Vice President of Asbestos/Demolition Division, where he continued to expand not only the Asbestos/Demolition division, but also the General Construction division as well. As Jeff grew in both experience, knowledge, and confidence, he felt it was time to go off on his own and start his story, Fox Environmental Solutions.
